1. Appointment Booking
Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. A valid credit card or deposit may be required to secure your booking. Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate other clients.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost. In cases of illness or emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.

3. Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment methods.

4. Health & Medical Conditions
Clients are responsible for informing their practitioner of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect their treatment. Reflexology is a complementary therapy and should not replace medical treatment or advice from a licensed healthcare provider.

5. Client Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who displays inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to harassment, intoxication, or disrespectful conduct.

6. Liability
Detroit Reflexology is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from your participation in our services. Clients are responsible for their own belongings during their visit. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

7. Privacy Policy
Your personal information will be kept confidential and used only for the purpose of providing our services. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.

8. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Refunds are not provided for services rendered. If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please contact us to discuss your concerns.

9. Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are non-refundable and must be used within one year of the purchase date. Lost or stolen certificates cannot be replaced.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
