Foot Reflexology
At the first session I will do an intake to find out what challenges you are dealing with and what areas to focus on, but every session I will be stimulating all organs and all systems through targeted “Reflex Points” for a full reboot.
The intake is around 20 minutes and may be done as a phone intake beforehand. (free of charge)
From then on sessions last an hour unless you have chosen an add-on such as Hand Reflexology, EFT or Crystal Singing Bowls.
Foot Reflexology: 1 hour $100
Hand Reflexology:
Hand Reflexology helps you to relax your mind and body during the 15-20 minutes I’m working on both your hands. When you add that to a Foot Reflexology hour-long session you won’t believe how amazing it feels from the very start!!!
This also could be a great add-on if you chose an in-person EFT to help you process the work we did in the session. It’s normally 15-20 minutes which is done after we have finished EFT.
Hand reflexology: 20 minutes $30

EFT mini session:
Experience the full power of Reflexology enhanced with a mini EFT session.
If you’ve tried many different modalities, regimes, and body work and your health doesn’t shift, consider adding a mini EFT before our Reflexology session. Releasing limiting beliefs about your health could be just what is needed to help your mind/body to heal itself.
The difference between the 30-minute session and a full EFT session is we have more time during a full EFT session to work on other topics such as childhood experiences, patterns that we keep repeating, limiting beliefs in general, the 30-minute session is focused on helping release physical challenges that are hard to shift through just body work. The combination is amazing!

Crystal Singing Bowls:
Elevate your reflexology session with the soothing vibrations of Crystal singing bowls. Immerse yourself at the beginning and end of your session.
At the beginning of this session I will use a C note Singing Bowl which helps you become centered and connected to your physical body which prepares you for a deeper healing experience.
And to finish I am using an F note Singing Bowl to open the heart for emotional access and continued healing. The F note also brings a deeper connection to oneself.
The harmonious frequencies of the bowls help to calm your central nervous system, enhance circulation, and amplify the therapeutic effects of Reflexology. Treat yourself to a truly holistic experience – mind, body, and spirit.

Tuning Forks:
The gentle vibrations of the tuning forks is a powerful sound therapy to balance your energy, reduce tension and promote deeper healing and relaxation. By applying specific frequencies to The Reflex points during the session, tuning Force help to stimulate circulation release blockages and support the body’s natural healing process.
Tuning Forks will be used only on a few key points and are complimentary, just let me know that you are interested and I will add it to the session.
Biomat:
