Bio

My passion for natural medicine began at a young age and eventually became my lifelong career. I earned my certifications in Massage and Reflexology in 1993 and 1994 in London, England, where I lived for 30 years. For 15 years, I practiced both in London and Edinburgh, Scotland, gaining invaluable experience in holistic wellness.
Early in my career, I volunteered for two years at an HIV/AIDS clinic in London during the 1990s. This experience gave me deep insight into working with clients facing serious and life-threatening illnesses, helping them navigate the physical and emotional challenges they encountered.
In the late ’90s, I expanded my expertise by becoming a certified Birth Doula. Through this, I witnessed firsthand the incredible benefits of Reflexology during labor, as well as for pre- and postnatal care.
In 2010, I returned to my hometown of Orlando, Florida, where I became certified in Massage once again to continue my Reflexology practice. Over the past 14 years, I built a thriving wellness practice, integrating Reflexology and EFT/Tapping to help my clients achieve balance and relief.
With years of experience, I have refined my Reflexology technique to ensure each session is pain-free yet deeply effective, delivering powerful results for my clients.
Starting Fresh in Detroit:
In 2024, life brought an exciting change as we moved to Pleasant Ridge, a historic and vibrant part of Detroit, where I’m fortunate to have two of my closest friends nearby. As I settle into this new chapter, I’m slowly building connections within Detroit’s natural medicine community and have been met with incredible warmth and support.
I have been practicing Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) remotely since 2010 and am eager to expand my work in Detroit, collaborating with various holistic clinics across the city. From my conversations with fellow Reflexologists, it’s clear that Detroit embraces this healing practice—each of them has a long waiting list, which speaks volumes about the demand for Reflexology in this community.
Beyond my work, I am deeply passionate about health and wellness and continually seek new insights to enhance my practice. I have spent decades as a whole foods cook, embracing a lifestyle that nurtures both body and mind. Writing has also been a lifelong passion—I have been journaling since high school and have even taught various journaling techniques throughout my career to help others find clarity and self-expression.
I am excited to bring my expertise to Detroit’s holistic health scene and look forward to supporting others on their wellness journeys.
